One $250 per team charge covers both players. Review on the next page, then pay securely.

Cancellations & refunds

The league is limited to 8 teams, so entry fees are generally non-refundable once paid.
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases — email events@bouldercreekgolf.com and we will review your situation.
No-shows and teams that withdraw after the season starts are not eligible for refund.

Liability waiver

Boulder Creek Glow Ball is an 18-and-older league. By registering, you certify that both players on your team are 18 years of age or older.
Golf and related league activities involve inherent risks, including injury from balls, clubs, terrain, weather, low light, and other participants.
By registering, you (on behalf of yourself and your teammate) assume those risks and agree that Boulder Creek Golf Club, Big Basin Country Club, and their owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation, except as required by law.
You confirm you have authority to register this team and accept these cancellation, refund, and waiver terms.
